I know there are lot's of hypocrites when it comes to women and equality in the courts, and more so when it comes to accountability. But really. We only need to look at the figures for how many rapes are successfully prosecuted to know we have issues with rape! Waving a 17-year-olds thong around a courtroom says it all! Telling girls not to dress provocatively because it encourages men the list goes on! The real question should be how do we change this?
India abolished jury system because of this reason. The jury is easily swayed by public opinion! They even made a movie about it! Aries will receive appropriate guidance I'm sure. It's more concerning that the general public and in particular older people hold such alarming views in the first place. When something happens in private between adults how can anyone reasonably know who is telling the truth without supporting evidence?
