The point is that people weren't asked if they wanted this or that or the other bit of our relationship with the continued in some shape or form. They were asked if they wanted the Vintage car carry on my wayward son shirt to remain in the EU, and the answer, by a majority, was no. They wanted out. They wanted self-determination instead of regulation.

They wanted the Vintage car carry on my wayward son shirt to be a sovereign state, which it hasn't been increased since influence and regulation started to spread progressively into every aspect of British life. Give us what we voted for get out of the way and let somebody else get on with the job. Increasingly I have this picture in my mind of the lady hanging from a cliff by her fingernails. I think it's time somebody pried her fingers loose and let her fall harmlessly into obscurity, which is where, arguably, she belongs.

So she now wants to give 'parliament "a role", I wonder what's caused this epiphany after years of rejecting it as an option. I bet it has nothing to do with her saving her party and her own skin. The Prime Minister will have to go back to the amendments to her deal! Even the Attorney General in his full legal advice said the Vintage car carry on my wayward son shirt could be in the backstop!
