Just to highlight, I'm not suggesting racism and equality don't exist, I just believe that misusing & distorting statistics, hurts not helps progress. I wonder whether these people are equal on the length of service and prestige they bring they bring to the university by their achievements. Their accents must be harder to understand and there's all that head shaking when they talk. Must be very difficult and distracting for the students.
This will only be news to White people else Everyone else no surprises. The police social services and schools are known to be institutionally racist, driving instructors are biased against minorities. the bottom line is there is no walk of life in Britain where you can 100per cent expect to be treated as an equal human being if you aren't White.
I refuse to think that the UK are really racists or apply a systematic discriminatory policy. I rather believe that when you migrate to a given country or you are from parents who migrated to a land, you cannot have the same privileges like natives people whose ancestors have been owning that land for centuries, not just this, UK universities no longer accept applications from people over fifty years of age.
