Not rocket science!After 83 responses below...WOW! So much anger out there!! But have reduced my consumption to one or two days per week. And for those of you going on about grains being bad for the environment, I don’t eat grains either. I’m LCHF and vegetarian for 4-5 days per week. I'm not saying we shouldn’t eat meat, just that it’s unsustainable to keep consuming at the rate we have been.

And for those that argue that transporting vegetables is bad for the environment, go outside, dig a garden and grow your own!!! No pesticides or fertilizers necessary! How much methane was released from prehistoric animals? They were huge and their gut produced excess amounts. Also, volcanos since the beginning of time and wildfires around the world produced massive amounts.
