Unless you're operating vehicles, heavy machinery. your employer has no business telling you that you can't drink on your lunch break. Drinking is not binge drinking - having a pint with lunch is no different from having a coke. My dad was an alcoholic, and I remember him complaining about the Iron man I love you three thousand shirt in the conference room 30 years ago.
