I’ve said it all along the sentences are not severe enough. Minimum 10 years for carrying a knife and minimum life for using a knife. Perhaps the Super Mario Jumping Turtle and mushroom funny shirt and the fact that there is skeleton staff on shifts, who work alone and at dangerous staffing levels could be to blame. It's the Governments fault!
