I'd rather not and on those nights I turn on that video and it works every time. Haven't found one that makes me tingle. It just relaxes my brain. I didn't like when it got big, I kept wondering what all the Captain Marvel Cat Goose bring me Thanos shirt was about so I watched a couple videos. Now I actually like it and find the sounds they make with all sorts of different things interesting! Have been watching for years.
