I go out to a restaurant about four times a year, and knowing I am going to eat a fair bit when I go, I have exceptionally light lunch and breakfast. I am sure that there is some dichotomy between what a restaurant serves a customer and what the Dak the halls shirt put into their face at any given time.
Not only does it make me enjoy the Dak the halls shirt meal more, but it also means I don't have to worry about what I eat when I get there or start whipping out the calculator to see if I might get fat. Eating out to me is an occasional experience.
Am I the Dak the halls shirt only one that shares with my kids to avoid horrid "kids menu" foods? Unless I am going to a high-end concept restaurant that costs $150 per person for food and wine, I either split my plate or have lunch for the next day.
