WTF? them"..!!!! You get tired of old tennis shoes, not trees. The other neighbor (who came from back East and so was unfamiliar with our fauna/flora, and did not consult professionals) took the advice of some uninformed person and chopped down a beautiful, healthy, adult, very large cottonwood!!!! This tree was host to a myriad of birds, insects of course, provided shade for a large area and produced oxygen- all gone on a whim. I have watched this behavior in a lot of places. And I think people should have to have permission from a Tree Conservatory in every city across the country, before they chop, regardless if the tree is on their property or not. We will never be off the hook.




We have caused the most damage to this planet, and are on course to destruction if nothing serious is done to stop pollution, poaching and Hunting Slightly misleading headline here. Well if it couldn’t happen there would be no thrill or Adrenalin rush. It’s a risk these people take every time and that’s what they love. Some times the risk wins over the reward. It’s sad but I’m sure he would have it no other way.  I used to enjoy taking selfish, immature risks, purely for personal gratification. Then I decided that chasing my youth was rather undignified and embarrassing. I also decided that my responsibilities, particularly to my family, were more important that my selfish needs.
